of our lodging and camping accommodation for the 2003 Winter Season. Please note
Winter Season rates reflect the facilities and area accommodation available at that time.

UNITS
Camper Cabin - $39.00 (up to 4 persons)
(This unit will close as freezing weather dictates)
The camper cabin is a small basic lodging accommodation with two double beds furnished with linen,
towels, local television and air conditioning. The occupants of the camper cabin use the rest room and shower facilities of the
resort, which are located behind the camper cabins. Maximum limit is 5 persons. (Map location: G4 -
G6).
Small Cabin - $49.00 (up to 4 persons)
(This unit will close as freezing weather dictates)
The small cabins are also a small basic lodging accommodation with two double beds furnished with linen,
towels, local television and air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower. Maximum limit is 5 persons. (Map location: G1 -
G3).
Bunkhouse Cabin - $79.00 (up to 4 persons)
(This unit will close as freezing weather dictates)
A one room bunkhouse furnished with a double bed and two sets of bunk beds,
satellite television
and air conditioning. The bathroom
has a shower. A small refrigerator, microwave and a hot plate are included. Maximum limit is 8
persons. (Map
location: G21).
Two Room Guest House - $79.00 (up to 4 persons)
(Weekly and Monthly rates upon request - Winter only)
These air-conditioned, two room units have satellite television, a fully working kitchen provided with plates,
silverware and basic cooking utensils for 6 persons. The kitchen provides a full
electric range with an oven, a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave-oven and
toaster. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and linen & towels are provided.
There are two double beds with a maximum limit of 6 persons. (Map location: G7 -
G15).
Three Room Guest House - $89.00 (up to 4 persons)
(Weekly and Monthly rates upon request - Winter only)
These air-conditioned, three room units have satellite television, a kitchen provided with plates,
silverware, basic cooking utensils for 8 persons. The kitchen is provided with an electric
stove, a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave-oven and toaster. The bathroom
has a shower facility and linen & towels are provided. There are three double beds
with a maximum limit of 8 persons. (Map location: G18 - G19).
Family Cottage - $99.00 (up to 4 persons)
(Weekly and Monthly rates upon request - Winter only)
These air-conditioned, three bedroom cottage accommodations have a small
living and dining area with satellite television, a full working kitchen set up for
light housekeeping with place settings of dishes and silverware for up to eight persons.
The kitchen area is provided with an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee
maker, toaster, microwave oven, a few pots and pans, linens, towels and additional
items for light housekeeping. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There are three
double beds with a maximum limit of 8 persons. (Map location: G16 - G17).
Reunion Cottage - $129.00 (up to 4 persons)
(Weekly and Monthly rates upon request - Winter only)
These air-conditioned cottages have a larger living room area, with satellite
television, ideal for reunions &
meetings. The kitchen is provided with an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, a few pots and pans, and additional
items for light housekeeping. There are three bedrooms with 4 double beds with a maximum
limit of 10 persons. (Map location: G20 & G22).
The above lodging rates are listed for up to four (4) persons.
Additional immediate family members age 6 and above will be $3.00 each during the spring & fall
season. Non-family members will be $8.00 each.
MAID SERVICE
With the exception of a change of towels and wash cloths, maid services will be provided
by special request only during your stay. If you wish additional housekeeping services
during your stay, please notify resort personnel.
TELEVISION
Our area has good reception for all local networks ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX and PBS. Our guest
houses, family cottages and reunion cottages offer Direct TV satellite programming in
addition to local channels.
