Please note: Off-Season and Winter rates reflect the resort facilities and area accommodations available at that time. With the exception of the Sturgis Rally Week (August 6 through August 14), the following information is a summary of our lodging and camping Deposit & Cancellation information, for the 2010 Season.  Camp showers/restrooms will be closed during the Winter Season or as weather conditions and freezing temperatures dictate.
 

Deposits

Guaranteed reservations require a deposit equal to (one nights rate), payable at the time the reservation is made with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover card and a valid credit card on file. For camping, a minimum deposit of $50.00 will be required in the absence of a valid credit card on file. Please note that we are unable to reserve lodging units without a credit card on file. Your deposit will guarantee your arrival on the specified date for the dates reserved. When we receive your deposit, we will send or email a confirmation card to you.

Cancellation & Deposit Refund Policy

Lodging Cancellation Fees*
  • 180 days or more from arrival date   $25.00
  • 120 – 179 days from arrival date       $35.00
  • 60 to 119 days from arrival date        $50.00
  • 59 days or less from arrival date-No refund of deposit
     
Camping Cancellation Fees
  • 120 days or more from arrival date   $10.00
  • 60 – 119 days from arrival date         $15.00
  • 59 days or less from arrival date-No refund of deposit
     

Cancellations within 59 days of arrival will forfeit their deposit unless the unit or space is re-rented for all the dates that had been reserved; however, a minimum cancellation fee of $25 for lodging and $10 for camping will be charged for the processing fees.

No-Shows and early departures for both camping and lodging will be responsible for their reserved dates.  Since our primary season is just under 70 days, our cancellation policy will be applied. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Lodging Housekeeping Service
With the exception of a change of towels and wash cloths, maid services will be provided by special request only during your stay. If you wish additional housekeeping services during your stay, please notify resort personnel. Our housekeeping staff will not clean kitchen dishes and utensils during your stay. All units will be inspected and checked daily.

Pets
Dogs within reason are welcome. However, a pet fee of $5.00 per night, per pet (in lodging units), a damage deposit and a signed pet agreement will be required upon arrival. Pets cannot be unattended or left alone at campsites.  Pets cannot be left unattended or alone in lodging units, unless secured in an approved pet kennel and they do not bark or disturb other guests.  Pets must be leashed at all times on resort grounds and owners must clean up after their pets.  There are common areas of the resort, where pets are not allowed.  All lodging units will be inspected daily.  For additional pet information, (See FAQs page.)
