9), the following information is a summary of
our lodging and camping rates for the 2008 Season. Please note that we
offer off-season rates that reflect the resort facilities and area
accommodations available at that time.

Camping rates vary with the size, location and
type of site.
Immediate Family includes parents, grandparents and their children age 6 and above.
Groups such as scouting troops, church groups and the like will be
given group rates upon request.
Monthly
rates for camping are available upon request, and are based upon availability
during off-season and winter.

Deposits
Guaranteed
reservations require a deposit equal to one day's rate payable at the time the reservation is made with Visa, MasterCard or Discover card and a valid credit
card on file. For camping, a minimum deposit
of $50.00 will be required in the absence of a valid credit card on file. Please note that we are unable to reserve
lodging units without a credit card
on file. Your deposit will guarantee your arrival on the specified date
for the dates reserved. When we receive your deposit, we will send or
email a
confirmation card to you.

Cancellations within 59 days of arrival will forfeit their deposit
unless the unit or space is re-rented for the dates reserved; however, a minimum
cancellation fee of $25 for lodging and $10 for camping will be charged for the late cancellation. No-Shows
and early departures for both camping and lodging will be responsible for their reserved dates. Since our primary
season is just under 70 days, our cancellation policy will be applied. Please contact us if you have any questions.
