We also understand that it is extremely difficult to truly give you a picture of who and what we are; therefore, we invite you to call, write, browse our homepage or email us with any additional questions or requests. However, we sincerely hope the following information will be helpful to you.

With the exception of the Sturgis Rally Week (August 2nd through August 9th), the following information is a summary of our lodging and camping accommodations for the 2003 Season. All units & sites listed indicate the number of people covered by the rate quoted. Please note that we offer off-season rates that reflect the resort facilities and area accommodations available at that time. 

CAMP SITES: A campsite has a picnic table & fire grate in a heavily wooded setting. The rate indicated is for 2 persons.

Summer: $20.00 to $25.00
Spring & Fall: $16.50
Winter: $14.00        

PARTIAL SITES: A partial site has electric and water service, fire grates and picnic tables. Partial sites are located in the tall pine trees. Most sites are pull through sites. A dump station is available in the area. The rate indicated is for 2 persons.

Summer: $26.00 to $31.00
Spring & Fall: $20.00
Winter: $17.00

FULL RV SITES: Water, electric and sewer service are provided to our full hookup sites. Several pull through and back-ins located toward the front of the resort. Picnic tables and metal outdoor grills are also provided for the full service sites. The rate indicated is for 2 persons.

Summer: $29.00 to $35.00
Spring & Fall: $23.00
Winter: $19.00

The above camping rates are listed for two persons. Additional persons in a family unit, such as parents and their children age 6 and above, will be $4.00 each with a maximum of $20.00 additional in RV & campsites.  Otherwise additional persons on the same site, such as scouting troops, church groups, reunions, etc. will be rated as the specific situation dictates. Non-immediate family $12.00.

CAMPER CABINS (3): The camper cabin is a small, basic accommodation with two double beds furnished with linens and towels, air conditioning, and a television with local reception. The occupants of the camper cabin use the rest room and shower facilities of the resort which are located behind the camper cabins. Maximum limit is 5 persons.

Spring & Fall: $49.00
Winter: $39.00

SMALL CABINS (3): The small cabin is also a small, basic accommodation with two double beds furnished with linens & towels, air conditioning, and a television with local reception. The bathroom has a shower. Maximum limit is 5 persons.  G1 - G3.

Winter: $49.00

BUNKHOUSE CABIN (1): The Bunkhouse is a unique unit with a small under countered refrigerator & a hot plate in a wet bar area. Furnished with one double bed and two sets of bunk beds with linens & towels, air conditioning, and a television with satellite reception. The bathroom has a shower. Maximum limit is 8 persons.   G 21.

GUEST HOUSES With One Bedroom (9): These air-conditioned, two room units have a full working kitchen provided with plates, silverware, some cooking utensils for 6 persons. The kitchen is provided with a full electric range with an oven, a refrigerator, satellite television programming, a coffee maker, microwave oven and toaster. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and linens & towels are provided. The bedroom has two double beds and satellite television programming, with a maximum limit of 6 persons.  G7 - G15.

GUEST HOUSES With Two Bedrooms (2): These air-conditioned, three room units have a full kitchen provided with plates, silverware, and some cooking utensils for 6 persons. The kitchen is provided with an electric stove, a refrigerator,  a coffee maker, microwave oven and toaster. The bathroom has a shower, linens & towels are provided. There are three double beds and satellite television programming, with a maximum limit of 8 persons.  G18 - G19.

FAMILY CABINS (2): These air-conditioned, three bedroom cottage units have a full working kitchen set up for light housekeeping with place settings of dishes and silverware for up to eight persons. The kitchen area is provided with an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, a few pots & pans, linens & towels and additional items for light housekeeping. They also have a small living area with satellite television programming.  The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There are three double beds with a maximum limit of 8 persons.   G16 - G17.

REUNION COTTAGES (2): These air-conditioned cottages have a larger living room area ideal for reunions & meetings. The kitchen is provided with an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, satellite television programming, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, a few pots and pans, and additional items for light housekeeping. There are three bedrooms with 4 double beds with a maximum limit of 10 persons.  G20 & G22

The above lodging rates are listed for up to four (4) persons. Immediate family members such as parents and children, age 6 and above, will be: $5.00 each during the summer season, $4.50 each during the spring & fall season and $3.00 during the winter season. Non-family members will be charged an additional $8.00 to $12.00 per person.

MAID SERVICE: With the exception of a change of towels and wash cloths, maid services will be provided by special request only during your stay. If you wish additional service during your stay, please notify resort personnel. Our housekeeping staffs during your stay will not clean kitchen dishes & utensils.

PETS: Pets are welcome within reason. However, please refer to our pet policy listed on the FAQ page of this site. $5 per night.

TELEVISION: Our area has all local networks ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX and PBS. Our guesthouses, bunkhouses, family cottages and reunion cottages offer satellite television programming. The  small cabins & camper cabins offer local reception.

South Dakota Sales Tax: Please note that South Dakota has a sales tax of 5% of which is not included in the above rates.

Guaranteed reservations require a deposit equal to the first day's rate payable at the time the reservation is made with Visa, MasterCard or Discover card and a valid credit card on file. For camping, a minimum deposit of $50.00 will be required in the absence of a valid credit card on file. Please note that we are unable to reserve lodging units without a credit card on file. Your deposit will guarantee your arrival on the specified date for the time reserved. When we receive your deposit, we will send or email a confirmation card to you.

Cancellations within 59 days of a reservation will forfeit their deposit unless the unit or space is re-rented for the dates reserved; however, a minimum cancellation fee of $20.00 for lodging and $5.00 for camping will be charged for the late cancellation. No-Shows for both camping and lodging will be responsible for their reserved dates. Since our primary season is just under 70 days, our cancellation policy will be applied.
